Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, learned APP for the respondents-State and the learned counsel for the complainant. Learned counsel for the complainant has strongly opposed the bail application.

It appears that it was a stone pelting and assault with sticks. All the injured have been discharged. The weapons allegedly used in the crime like sticks have been recovered. There is a material progress in the investigation. Considering

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant No.1. RAJEBHAU @ SONAJI BAPURAO PALAWE,

3. SAMBHAJI PARAJI AGHAV, 4. VINOD @ VINAYAK ASARAM PALAWE and 5. DEEPAK ASARAM PALAWE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) each with one solvent surety of the like amount each, in Crime No.186 of 2022, registered by Police Station Charthana, District Parbhani, for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 504, 143, 147, 148, 149 of the IPC and Section 37(1)(3), 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act on the condition not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(iii) Criminal application No.881 of 2023 to assist the learned APP is allowed.
