The petitioners have already filed objection before the Scrutiny Committee.

Mr. Solanke, learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that after the filing of the writ petition, the Scrutiny Committee has called for the report from the Tahsildar. The Tahsildar has submitted the report that the caste certificate of respondent no. 3 is not issued by the office of the Tahsildar.

The Scrutiny Committee certainly would consider the case for issuance of validity on it's own merits.

In light of that, no further orders are necessary.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
