Mr Mathpati, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after the present writ petition was filed, respondent no. 3 has taken cognizance of the complaint of the petitioner and had kept the matter for hearing on 22.12.2017. On that day, hearing was not conducted and the matter is adjourned.

As the cognizance of the petitioner's complaint is already taken by respondent no.3, the purpose of filing the writ petition stands served.
