Mr. Jadhavar, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that in all these matters petitioners have appeared for III Year (2nd) M.B.B.S. examination. Their results are withheld on the ground that validity certificates are not submitted. In all these matters the validation proceedings are pending since 2012-2013. The learned counsel further submits that in all these matter vigilance has been conducted. Even after having passed the III year, the petitioners will be required to undergo internship for one year.

The learned Addl. G. P. accepts notice for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and the respective advocates waive notice of Maharashtra University of Health Science.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have already appeared for exam, their results are withheld and further the validation proceedings are at final stage, we have pass the following order. 4.

The committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the tribe claims of petitioners expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of petitioners. The petitioners shall appear before the committee on 08.03.2018. The respondents shall not withhold the result of the petitioners' III year (2nd) M.B.B.S. examination only on the ground that the validation proceedings are pending. Of course, degree certificate shall not be issued till the petitioners submit validity certificates. The writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
