If the petitioner has approached the Competent Authority for getting declaration of membership under Section 22 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, then the Competent Authority shall take decision upon the said application on its own merits, after hearing all parties concerned and preferably within a period of three (03) weeks.
