It is submitted that the validation proceeding is in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 2015. The petitioner wants to appear for NEET examination or take benefit of reservation in admission in the professional course.

The learned counsel submits even the vigilance is conducted. 4.

In light of the above we pass the following order. 5.

The committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably by end of May-2018. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 07.03.2018. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
