Mr. Adwant, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 on instructions submits that, date for accepting the payment/approval fees for the proposals to start D. Pharma course is extended upto 16th February, 2019.

In the light of that, in case there is no other impediment, the respondents shall accept the payment/approval fees proposed
