The learned counsel for applicant submits that the applicant is behind bars since last two months and following the conviction. He, therefore, prayed to suspend the sentence and grant stay to the execution of the impugned judgment in R.C.C. No.213 of 2009, which is confirmed in Criminal Appeal No.25 of 2018 decided on 11th January, 2024. The amount of fine of Rs.2000/- is also deposited. Perused the impugned judgment. Considering the fact that the applicant has roots in the society and he will not flee away from the trial, the further execution of impugned judgment and sentence is suspended till conclusion of the revision application. The applicant be released on bail on executing P. R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety of the like amount. The bail bond shall be
