Heard learned Counsel for the applicant / original appellant. The applicant is seeking paper proclamation for service against respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 7. The bailiff report shows that notice upon respondent Nos. 1 to 3 could not be served for want of detailed address, whereas in respect of respondent No.7, it has been revealed that it's offce found closed since last three years.

As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (A) on payment of necessary charges. 3.

Stand over to 21 September 2022. Interim relief, if any, to continue till then.
