Mr. Bachate, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner is required to be included in the valid voters list, as respondent no.1 has declared the petitioner to be the member of the Federal Society.

Mr. Kadam, learned counsel appears for respondent no.1. The learned A.G.P. appears for respondent no.2.

The provisional voters list is not yet published. If the name of the petitioner is not included in the provisional voters list, the petitioner will have every right to raise the

(2) 930-wp-2673-2020 objection. The Returning Officer will be required to consider the objection raised by the petitioner and then take decision upon it.

In light of the above, at this stage, as no provisional voters list is published, we are not entertaining the writ petition.

Writ Petition as such is disposed of.

All contentions of petitioner are kept open. No costs.
