A minor son of the petitioner is the subject matter of this petition. He has already received Raj S.T. certificate and since he is a minor, he prays that respondent No.2 should accept his proposal and decide his tribe claim within a stipulated period. 2.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction that the committee would accept the proposal of the minor son of the petitioner, seeking validity and by following the due procedure laid down in law, the committee would deal with the said proposal and pass it's order thereon, on or before 31.03.2024. Needless to state, the petitioner would render wholehearted cooperation to the committee in the pending proceeding and shall refrain from seeking adjournments on unreasonable or trivial grounds
