Per Court:

The learned counsel for the Applicants submits that the Applicants are age old persons. It is not possible for the Applicants to come here to withdraw the amount as per the order passed by this Court dated 20.08.2014. The learned counsel submits that the amount may be transferred to the District Court, Dhule and the Applicants are ready to furnish an undertaking to the satisfaction of the District Court, Dhule. The learned counsel for the Respondents has no objection. In view of the above, the order dated 20.08.2014 is modified and sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) of paragraph (A) of the operative part of the said order is modified as under:- "The amount deposited before this Court be transferred to the

*2* 943.CA.4618.17 District Court, Dhule and the Applicants are entitled to withdraw 25% amount deposited by Respondent No.3 without furnishing any security. They are also entitled to withdraw further 75% amount deposited by the Respondent No.3 by furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the District Court, Dhule."
