The applicants are seeking permission to withdraw the entire amount of compensation which has been deposited by the Acquiring Body. The learned counsel for the applicants placed reliance on the order dtd. 08.10.2021 in other connected matters, wherein this Court had permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount. As such, the same order will follow. 3.

The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount of compensation on furnishing usual undertakings to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

The remaining amount be invested in F.D.R. in any Nationalized bank till disposal of this appeal.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
