Seen the reply affidavit, seen the resolution passed by Village Panchayat, Khadakwadi, Taluka Patoda. The record shows that at Jadhav Vasti cement road came to be prepared in the year 2016-2017 and it was included in the record of village. In view of this record, nothing survives in the matter. 2.

The petition is disposed of as infructuous.
