We direct Respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 30th October, 2014 and 10th February, 2015, which are at Exhibit `F' and `G' respectively to the compilation of this Writ Petition, as expeditiously as possible on its own merits, however, in any case within eight weeks from today. We make it clear that, we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the said representations.
