Per Court:

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the father of the Applicant is on deathbed. It is not possible for the Applicant to come here to withdraw the amount as per the order passed by this Court dated 20.08.2014. The learned counsel submits that the amount may be transferred to the District Court, Dhule and the Applicant is ready to furnish a personal bond to the satisfaction of the District Court, Dhule with an undertaking as directed by this Court in the order dated 20.08.2014.

The learned counsel for the Respondents has no objection. In view of the above, the order dated 20.08.2014 is modified and paragraph (A) of the operative part of the said order is modified as

*2* 940.ca.4605.17 under:- "The amount deposited before this Court be transferred to the District Court, Dhule and the Applicant is entitled to withdraw the said amount by furnishing a personal bond to the satisfaction of the District Court, Dhule with an undertaking that as and when the Applicant is called upon to return the amount, he will return the same with interest at the rate of 6% per annum within eight weeks."
