Office report does not indicate that the petitioner has deposited Rs.30,00,000/- within three weeks as directed by this Court vide order dated 13/02/2021.

None appeared for the petitioner on 22/03/2021, 20/04/2021 and 16/06/2021. This Court (Coram: S.V. Gangapurwala and M.G. Sewlikar, JJ) passed the following order :

"1.

On 12/03/2020 we had adjourned the matter at the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. On 22/03/2021 also none appeared for the petitioner. The matter was adjourned to 19/04/2021. On 20/04/2021 the

2734.20wp (2) matter was called out, none appeared for the petitioner, we kept the matter on 16/06/2021 i.e. today. Today also none appears for the petitioner.

If the matter is not worked out by the petitioner on the next date, the court shall be constrained to dismiss the matter. Stand over to 14/07/2021."

In view of the above, we are left with no option but to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution and accordingly, the same is dismissed. Needless to state if the petitioner moves a civil application for restoration of this petition, the said application shall not be registered until the petitioner produces a receipt of depositing Rs.30,00,000/- with respondent No.3 - Bank.
