Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is appointed as a Cook. Respondent No.4 has submitted the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as a Cook in February, 2016. The same is not yet decided, because of which, the petitioner is not getting salary also.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondents 1, 2 and 3 and states that in case the said proposal is sent by respondent No.4 and if it is pending with respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 would take decision on the same, on its own merits.

In view of that, we pass following order:

938.odt In case the proposal (Exh. 'C' page 12) is pending with respondent No.2, then, respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within six months.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
