This application is for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Union of India in this Court. 3, The learned reference Court by way of impugned judgment and award has awarded the rate of 19,000/- per R. The land is acquired in the year 2011.

Considering this, this Court does not find that the enhancement is exorbitant. The land acquired is only point 17 R and point 9 R (total land is acquired is 26 R). 5.

Considering above, this Court is inclined to pass following order :

ORDER

a) The applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire amount along with accrued interest thereon on furnishing usual undertaking.

b) The Civil Application stands disposed off.
