Mr. Salgare, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Laboratory Attendant is pending since 02nd December, 2010. The petitioner was appointed on 06.10.2008. 2.

We have heard the learned counsel for the respondent No. 4 and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exhibit - H) is pending with the Education

2 wp 2282.16 Officer, then the Education Officer, shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today. After the proposal is decided by the respondent/Education Officer, the petitioner may re-agitate his grievance with regard to condition No. 5(1) of the appointment order dated 06.10.2008, if need so arises.
