Mr. Kadam, learned Counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3, on instructions, makes a statement that the election programme of respondent no.4 - Sugar Factory will commence from 10th May, 2023 provided the balance demand towards expenses shall be communicated within a period of one week from today. 2.

Mr. Girase, learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that expenses as shall be demanded shall be deposited within the time stipulated by respondent nos. 2 and 3.

The statement of Mr. Kadam that in view of above the

election of respondent no.4 shall be concluded expeditiously. .

Statement is accepted.

In view of aforesaid, nothing survives in the petition and the same stands disposed of.
