It is an admitted fact that the appeal filed by the State is pending. In the circumstances, for the reasons stated in the application, delay in filing application for restoration of cross objection is condoned.

Learned advocate for the applicants states that the applicants have brought on record legal representatives of

{2} ca2594-15 applicant No.2. In the circumstances, there is no need to file application for bringing legal representatives of applicant No.2 on record.

In the circumstances, application is allowed. Cross objection is restored on the condition that the applicants remove the office objections within a period of two weeks from today. 5.

Cross objection (Stamp) No. 23884 of 1996 as well as first appeal No. 610 of 1996 be placed for hearing on 30th March, 2015.
