The present application is filed for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased respondent no.3 and since some delay has occasioned, the same is also sought to be condoned in the application. The proposed legal heirs of respondent no.3 though are duly served, none of them has entered appearance in the matter.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The legal heirs of the deceased respondent no.3 be taken on record and necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks. Civil Application No.3660 of 2018 stands disposed of.
