Perused application and reasons for delay of 553 days caused in filing Civil Application.

The learned Advocate submits that inadvertently he could not remove office objections and undertakes to remove the same within a period of two weeks from today.

Considering submissions advanced and reasons as stated in application, application is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (B) and (C) subject to condition that applicants deposit cost of Rs.1000/- to the Advocates' Bar Library at Bombay High Court bench at Aurangabad and that he will remove office objections within a period of two weeks from today.
