The present applicants are allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount alongwith the proportionate interest accrued thereon deposited in the Office of the Commissioner under the Workmen's Compensation Act, upon execution of an undertaking before the learned Commissioner that, in case any order adverse to their interest is passed in future, they would refund the said amount within a period of four (4) months from the date of the said order.
