Learned Counsel for the applicants undertakes that he shall remove office objections within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted as an undertaking.

In view thereof and in view of the cause cited in the application and in the interest of justice, delay of 58 days caused in

2811.15ca -2preferring present civil application for condonation of delay stands condoned. The order dated 15/12/2014 passed by the Registrar (Judicial) thereby refusing registration, is hereby set aside. 3.

The petitioner shall pay costs of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two thousand) to the Library, High Court Bar Association, Bench Aurangabad within two weeks from today. Payment of costs is a condition precedent.
