These Writ Petitions are filed on 13.02.2024 for challenging the notices dated 12.02.2024.

The learned AGPs place before us a copy of the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer-cum- Magistrate, Nandurbar Division, Nandurbar, dated 15.02.2024 by which, an

*2* 41a76wp2155a2204o24 order has already been passed under Section 48(7) and 48(8)(2) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

As such, the Petitioners will have to challenge the said orders before an appropriate forum. Needless to state, their request for considering the release of the vehicle, if the weight of the vehicles are within the permissible limits after recalibration, is kept open to be considered expeditiously.

With the above observation, these Writ Petitions are disposed off.
