The learned counsel for the petitioners states that, the petitioners were working as Wastishala Teachers. As per the scheme they are required to be accommodated as para teachers. The representations are given from time to time, however, the same are not considered.

The learned counsel for the respondent No. 2/Zilla Parishad submits that, the respondent No. 2 shall consider the representations of the petitioners on its own merits, as per the policy and Government Resolutions.

In the light of the above, we pass the following order. 4.

The respondent No. 2 shall decide the representations given by the petitioners (Exhibit - D collectively) on its own merits, as per the policy and various Government Resolutions expeditiously and preferably within a period of five (5) months from today. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
