It is an admitted fact that some of the claimants have already withdrawn an amount of Rs.1,00,000/-.

Considering the award of the reference Court and in view of the reasoning forwarded by this Court vide order dated 06/07/2012 passed in Civil Application no. 17480 of 2010 (Exhibit "R-1"), the present applicant is allowed to withdraw an amount of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty Thousand) on furnishing solvent security of like

CA-2844-2015 amount. The remaining amount be kept in fixed deposit of any nationalized bank.
