Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

Having perused the annexures in the form of notices issued by respondent no.3 to the encroachers, we expect that respondent no.3 to act diligently and expeditiously on the said notices and complete his action for removal of encroachment. In case, if respondent no.3 lacks the logistic or financial support for removal of such encroachment, he may submit a proposal to the Tahsildar, Paithan, who shall act on such proposal expeditiously having regard to the provisions of Bombay Village Panchayat Act.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed of.
