After bringing on record legal heirs of respondent No. 1, appellant to take necessary steps to make necessary change in the array of appeal.

Ms. Thakur waives notice for legal heirs of respondent No. 1 for representing respondent No. 1-A to 1-C. Hence, notice dispensed with.
