ORAL ORDER :

The petitioners claim to belong to Scheduled Tribe category and have an apprehension that, as a result of their failure to submit validation certificate, they may not be permitted to appear for the examination and to prosecute further studies. A direction has already been issued to the Scrutiny Committee to take decision on the validation claims of the petitioners within a period of one year from the date of order i.e. 26.6.2015 and 19.6.2015 respectively. In this view of the matter, no fresh directions need be issued in respect of expeditious disposal in respect of validation claims of the petitioners. 2.

These petitions can be disposed of with directions to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to permit the petitioners to prosecute further studies subject to decision of the validation claims pending before the Scrutiny Committee and to permit them to appear for the examinations and it is accordingly directed.
