PER COURT :- 1.

The grievance of the petitioner is that, the salary and honorarium is not paid nor the proposal for permanent approval is forwarded.

Mr Shete, the learned counsel appears for respondent no.3 and Mr Patil, the learned counsel appears for respondent no.4. 3.

It is not disputed in the petition, at present the petitioner is in service with respondent no.4 Institution and has completed three years as Shikshan Sevak. The respondent nos.3 and 4 shall forward the proposal seeking permanent approval to the appointment of petitioner as an Assistant Teacher within a period of two months from today. The salary bills shall also be submitted as may be payable to the petitioner by respondent nos.3 and 4 within two months from today.

Depending upon the decision taken by the Education Officer on the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher, the further decision be taken with regard to the salary bills of the petitioner as an Assistant Teacher. 5.
