The learned Advocate representing the Provident Fund Department submits that the Khandesh College Education Society's management was subjected to Section 7A enquiry and an assessment was made. The said order was assailed before the Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal. By the judgment dated 29.12.2021, the Appellate Authority set aside the Section 7A order dated 19.02.2019. We are informed that the Section 7A proceedings are now in progress after remand.

He further informs us that a communication was issued to the Petitioner on 24.05.2019 to produce relevant documents. In the event, the Petitioner has not tendered any document to the Provident Fund Authority pursuant to the communication dated 24.05.2019, a fresh communication would be served on the Petitioner on his email address. 3.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off.

The email address of the Petitioner in the communication dated 10.12.2022, at page 48 of the petition paper book, is recorded as bhokardolesanjay@gmail.com. In the event the Petitioner has not submitted the documents, Respondent No.3/4 would issue a communication to the Petitioner calling upon him to submit the relevant service related documents. Thirty days time be granted to the Petitioner to produce the said documents. Thereafter, Respondent No.3/4 would proceed with the Section 7A proceedings as expeditiously as possible and without any delay.
