The applicants are seeking restoration of Civil Revision Application (ST) No.28652 of 2023 by setting aside order dated 09.11.2023 passed by the learned Registrar of this Court by condoning the delay of 90 days.

Learned Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2 though opposed the application but considering the principles of natural justice, opportunity needs to be given to the applicants to contest their application. Moreover the learned Pooja K.

907 CA-3082-2024 Counsel for the applicants also undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks.

In view of the same, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C' subject to cost of Rs.500/- (rupees Five Hundreds only) to be paid to the Library, Advocates Association of High Court, Bombay, Bench at Aurangabad.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
