Learned Advocate Mr. A.B. Kale submits that he is appearing in all the matters for respondents. All these applications have been filed for getting delay of 994 days condoned in filing First Appeal. The acquiring body intends to challenge the Judgment and Award passed by the learned reference Court.

CA_6026_2018 raises strong objection, on the ground that, the delay has not been properly and sufficiently explained.

Taking into consideration the reasons mentioned in para No.3 and taking liberal approach, the delay stands condoned. Applications stand allowed and disposed of accordingly. Registry to verify and register the First Appeal and place it for further consideration on 22.01.2020.
