This matter was heard extensively yesterday. In so far as petitioner No.1 is concerned, he has been granted approval since 2010. In so far as petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are concerned, they have not been granted approval in view of the disputed question, whether they were discharging their duties or not.

The learned Advocate for the petitioners submits on instructions that, today the petitioners desire to withdraw this petition so as to approach the Civil Court for establishing their case of being continued in employment.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn. In the event the petitioners approach the Civil Court, all the contentions of the litigating parties are kept open for adjudication. 4.
Pending Civil Application does not survive and stands disposed of.
