Heard learned counsel for appearing parties. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that tribe claims of the petitioners are pending before scrutiny committee and yet have not been decided.

In the circumstances, we deem it expedient to direct the scrutiny committee to decide on pending tribe claims of the petitioners as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this order. The petitioners to co-operate with the scrutiny committee in early disposal of their tribe claims.

Learned counsel for petitioners also points out that interim relief, not to take adverse action against the petitioners on the ground of their failure to submit validation certificates, is operating.

In view of the same, said interim relief to continue to

operate till the decision by the scrutiny committee. 5.

The petition, with the aforesaid observations, stands disposed of.
