For the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 228 days caused in filing the first appeal is hereby condoned, however, the applicants shall not be entitled for the interest for the delayed period as well as the period of circulation of the matter excluding the period w.e.f. 20.03.2020 to 01.08.2021. 4.
