The applicants seek to condone the delay of 210 days caused in filing the appeal.

Considering the reasons as stated in paragraph nos.2 to 5 of the application, case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, Civil application is allowed. Delay of 210 days caused in filing the first appeal is condoned. Civil application stands disposed off. 4.

Appeal be registered. On registratin of the appeal, issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 27.6.2024. Mr. Usmanpurkar, learned counsel waives notice for respondent no.2. Call for record and proceeding.
