Learned AGP states that committee would decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of three months, however the petitioner shall diligently co-operate with the committee. 2.

Learned counsel Mr. Yeramwar states that the petitioner would appear before the committee on 4th February, 2021. 3.

In view of aforesaid statement, contempt petition is disposed of.
