These appeals along with Civil Applications are placed before the National Lok Adalat with the consent of the parties. 2.

Mr. G. B. Rajale holding for Mr. R. A. Tambe, learned counsel for the appellants - Acquiring Body is present. Mr. Jagdish Dattatraya Joshi, Executive Engineer is present and Mr. Abhijit S. More, learned counsel for respondents - original claimants is also present. 3.

the Government Resolution No. Sankirna - 2014/pra.kra.4/Bham-1/A-4 dated 3 rd November, 2016 with Government Corrigendum dated 23rd February, 2017 and 13th August, 2018.

In view of the above, the appeals can be withdrawn and accordingly the Acquiring Body is withdrawing these appeals. The Acquiring Body is directed to deposit 100 % amount of compensation within a period of six months from the date of this order before the Reference Court. The original claimants are at liberty to withdraw the said amount. The appeals accordingly stand withdrawn and disposed of. No order as to costs.

The Court fees be refunded to the appellants as per rules. 6.
