Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the application, charge-sheet has been filed and, therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the application with liberty to approach the Trial Court for bail taking into consideration the contents of the chargesheet. 3.

Taking into consideration this change in circumstance, the applicant is allowed to withdraw the application with liberty to approach the same Court in view of filing of charge-sheet. 4.
