The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the amendment in accordance with the order dated 15.12.2023 for bringing legal representatives of deceased appellant No.1 on record will be carried out forthwith.

The appellant and respondent Nos.1 and 2 jointly submit that the parties have entered into compromise and the terms of compromise are filed on record. In view of report Registrar (Judicial) dated 21.04.2025, compromise is recorded. Second Appeal is disposed of. 3.

Pending Civil Applications are also disposed of. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 4557 OF 2025 IN SA/849/2004 1.

This is a joint application filed by appellant and respondent Nos.1 and 2 for disposing of the appeal in terms of the compromise. 2.

Pursuant to the order passed today in the first half, the parties have appeared before the Registrar (Judicial), with the terms of compromise. The Registrar (Judicial) has submitted his report dated 21.04.2025 about verification of the consent terms and identification of the parties. 3.

In view of this, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'.
