The appeal filed by the present non applicant Insurance Company is dismissed by this Court vide order dated 10th September, 2015.

The non applicant Insurance Company has deposited the

2 ca 2149.16 amount in this Court. As the appeal filed by the Insurance Company is dismissed, there is no impediment to allow the present applicants to withdraw the said amount. 4.

The applicants are allowed to withdraw the amount deposited by the non applicant/Insurance Company in proportion as awarded by the Tribunal while deciding M. A. C. P. No. 440 of 2008 vide judgment and award dated 23.03.2011. The civil application stands disposed of.
