This is an application by the applicant seeking permission to travel out of India for Haj pilgrimage. Because of the pendency of the appeal her passport is not renewed by the passport authorities. 2.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that, today is the last date to apply for Haj pilgrimage and for that the permission is necessary. She submits that, already this Court by order dated 16.07.2018 had allowed her application bearing Criminal Application No. 27/2018 and thereby had granted permission to go to Haj pilgrimage. However, that time she could not go for some reason.

This Court finds that, the present application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). 5.

The authorities shall proceed to renew the passport as prayed for by following procedure.

The criminal application is disposed off.
