The application is filed for withdrawal of balance amount of compensation deposited by the respondent No.1/Insurance Company in this appeal. The appeal filed by respondent/Insurance Company is already dismissed by this Court on merit on 10.02.2025. 3.

As such, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire balance amount of compensation alongwith the interest accrued thereon till date.
