Mr.Rodge, learned counsel submits that the headmaster has forwarded the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner in Respondent No.4 - School. However, no decision is taken as yet.

Learned AGP submits that if the said proposal is pending, the Education Officer will decide the same on its own merits. In case the proposal is forwarded by the headmaster to Respondent No.3, then the Respondent No.3 shall decide the said proposal on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within four months. All contentions are kept open.
