The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation of the petitioner to consider his claim for transfer on the ground of couple convenience is pending with the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar. The same has not been decided. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case, the proposal / representation of the petitioner to consider his claim for transfer on the ground of couple convenience (page No.39) is pending with pending with respondent No.3, then respondent No.3 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, preferably within a period of two (02) months from the date of service of this order upon respondent No.3.
