The Petitioner has put-forth prayer clause 'B' and 'C' as under:

" B) Kindly Issue writ of mandamus or any other Writ or direction in the like nature, thereby kindly direct respondent No.-4-Tahsildar to immediately forward the report dated 02.01.2023 to the respondent No.-3-SDO. C) Kindly Issue writ of mandamus of any other Writ or direction in the like nature, thereby kindly direct respondent No.-3 SDO decide the application of the petitioner filed on 30.08.2021 within three months, after getting report from respondent No.-4- Tahasildar." 2.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to the Respondent No.3 SDO, to deal with the application of the Petitioner dated 30th August, 2021 within 90 days from today on its own 49.wp2163.24.odt

merits and by following the due procedure laid down in law. Respondent No. 4 shall forward the report to respondent No.3, if not already forwarded. Needless to state, the direction is to be implemented if there is no other legal impediment.
